2. Evaluation board
Evaluation Board was specially developed for you as a supporting tool to make working with Microsaw products easier.

This small electrical board with connectors, constructed to match the relevant package, could be added in case of your request to the trial lot. It will help to make preliminary analysis of the electrical parameters of the new device correctly and get the results in shortest time. 3. Warranty and Returns
Limited Warranty and Returns: Manufacturer warrants that for a period of twelve (12) months after the date of delivery to the Delivery Address, the Products will not contain any Manufacture Defect. Manufacturer’s sole responsibility and liability as a result of any such defect shall be to provide the replacement or compensation to Buyer for the amount charged to Buyer for each Defective Product. If the Defect is not confirmed by Manufacturer to be caused by Manufacturing or Materials, Buyer must reimburse Manufacturer for reasonable failure analysis and shipping costs related to the returned Products.
Manufacturer’s obligation under the Warranty contained herein is limited to the repair or replacement of the Product that does not meet the specifications, provided that said product is returned to Manufacturer, transportation charges pre-paid, and provided that upon Manufacturer’s examination, the Product, when tested within the specified ratings and in accordance with good engineering practice, does not meet the specifications as defined. The claims under Warranty must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery to the Delivery Address. If it is found that Product has been returned without cause, Buyer will be notified, and the Product returned at Buyer’s expense. In addition, a charge for testing and examination may, in Manufacturer’s sole discretion, be made on Products so returned.The foregoing Warranties are exclusive and in lieu of all other express and implied warranties whatsoever, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose.
In all cases Manufacturer has sole responsibility for determining the cause and nature of failure, and Manufacturer’s determination with regard thereto shall be final. Manufacturer’s liability shall be limited to an amount equal to the amount charged to Buyer for the units delivered pursuant to this Quotation. Before any Products are returned for repair and/or adjustment, written authorization from Manufacturer for the return and instructions as to how and where these Products should be shipped must be obtained. When any Product is returned for examination and inspection, or for any other reason, Buyer will be responsible for all damage resulting from improper packing or handling and for loss in transit, notwithstanding any defect or nonconformity in the Product.
